Please confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions prior to buying. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you have understood and accepted all our policies and conditions.
Product availability and Listing accuracy
- Although we strive to maintain an accurate inventory, on occasion, items may become unavailable. If this event were to occur, the Buyer will be offered the option of either a full refund or selecting an alternate item.
- We try our best to present details of the items accurately, however faults and typographical errors may occur, therefore it is up to the Buyer to check and confirm the listed information. Phone Workshop therefore reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions, by updating the information at any time without prior notice. Phone Workshop reserves the right to refuse any order cancellations or refunds for any products considered as such.
- Pictures displayed in conjunction with the listings are for illustration purposes only and may vary from the product description. Colours may vary slightly from that which is shown.
Phone Workshop Rights
- Phone Workshop reserves the right to change, amend, or omit the site at the discretion of the company.
- Phone Workshop reserves the right to withhold and investigate orders that are doubtful, even after payment has been received. The order will not be finalised until the investigation is complete.
- Phone Workshop reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, without prior notice.
- Phone Workshop will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of finance, loss of contracts, loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage which may come to pass, regardless of legal constitution, breach of contract, or otherwise.
Prepaid Mobiles
- Handsets, when purchased, can at times be locked to specified networks. In this case, it is up to the Buyer to ensure that any existing sim-card is compatible with the phone’s networking.
- Limit of 2 pre-paid services per customer.
Orders
- All items must be paid in full within 5 days. The Buyer must contact us if there are problems in regards to payment, though we reserve the right to relist the item.
- Return costs incurred for any product is the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Buyers are responsible for checking any/all compatibility requirements of the product. Any items returned due to errors are subject to approval and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- The Buyer is responsible for the set-up of the phone and all its functions, including but not limited to WAP Setting, MMS Setting, and Web Browser. Phone Workshop will not be held responsible for issues which arise due to erroneous and/or improper settings.
- In all cases, the buyer is responsible for the return postage, subject to the conditions of Phone Workshop.
- Although certain items may display signs of shortcut and network software, this does not affect the function of the handset.
- Most items offer one year of warranty, which commences at the customer’s obtainment of the purchase. Please retain your tax invoice as proof of purchase for warranty (both Phone Workshop’, and Manufacturer’s) purposes. Please contact us if there are any concerns in regards to warranty.
- Return items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and may incur a processing fee of up to $20.
Shipping Information
- All items are shipped via registered post.
- Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with Shipping and Handling.
- Phone Workshop will endeavour to ship the product within the listed time frame, after the payment has been confirmed, providing that the item is in stock.
- It is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay any custom duties associated with the purchase (if any).
- Our courier only delivers during business hours on Monday to Friday. Please nominate an attended shipping address so that parcels may be signed for upon delivery. If you wish to set an authority of leave, please notify us of thus when placing the order, and Phone Workshop will set you up with the necessary documentation for this to happen.
- Phone Workshop will provide a tracking number for the buyer via email within several hours of dispatch.
Repair Service
- Customers are expected to list the condition of the phone in the note. All Items are fully inspected by staff and listed in the repairs database. Phone Workshop will not be responsible for any pre-existing/hidden faults.
- Unless specified otherwise, the three months of warranty applies to the repaired part(s) only.
- Phone Workshop will only warranty specific parts we directly make repairs to.
- Warranty does not cover damage or malfunction outside of Phone Workshop’ control.
Phone Workshop reserves the right to dispose of items not picked up, 3 months after being repaired.
